After weeks and months of planning we're absolutely delighted to open our doors to Sheffield buyers and sellers. As estate agents, we've been around a long time. We all started off as independent agents many moons ago until 2011 when we sold our previous business to a corporate group. Well...we must say it feels fantastic to be independent once again.

It means we have complete control of our customer’s requirements so we can tailor the sale of their property to what they actually need and do what we have always been good at...getting the best price for their property!

Over the last few months we've worked very hard to source, and have invested in superb estate agency software to give our clients the best and latest state of the art technology. We've introduced something completely new to the industry, the unique FREE 'My Property Pad' which is an 8" tablet for our vendors to keep with our own preloaded haus App, haus stamp duty and mortgage calculators aswell as popular property search Apps including Rightmove and Zoopla. We've also introduced our 'Vendor Portal' giving our vendors instant access to the progress of their sale 24/7.

We've teamed up with some brilliant local business partners; Mortgage Advice Bureau who have access to over 90 lenders and our panel of solicitors - HLW Keeble Hawson, Taylor & Emmet and Banner Jones who offer a very friendly and professional service.

In addition to all of this, we've also been very fortunate to be instructed on 9 excellent properties from our friends and business colleagues before we have actually opened! These will all be online very soon and shared via our social media platforms. In addition to this we're all over Rightmove, glossy magazines including Westside, Southside and Image. And we've teamed up with several local schools sponsoring many of their worthwhile fundraising events.

We'd like to thank everyone who has supported us so far and special thanks to our graphic designers 'Leap Design' who have helped create our fresh new brand which we're absolutely delighted with, we hope you like it too.

Finally, our new cool office 'haus hub' with a mix of modern and vintage decor is centrally located on the cobbled Mary Street (S1 4RT) and we hope many of you will pop down to see us for a coffee (or a beer next door at Sentinel micro-brewery).

So, after lots of strategic planning we're now officially open...Welcome to haus!
